A Session on all the rules for the grounds and processes of interim applications (such as a summary judgment) that you need to know for the SQE2 exam.
This is your chance to revise and go over how interim applications work which might be a bit rusty in your head.
We will cover all the purposes of each of the applications, the rules on the grounds you need to establish to succeed in an interim application and the processes you need to take to make an application and respond to one – all of which you may be examined on in the various Disputes SQE2 assessments.
