Join us for our first SQE2 Exam Crash Course Session in which we will go over all the contract law principles you need to know for the SQE2 exam.
This is a chance for you to revisit and revise the fundamental principles of contract law which may be a bit rusty from your SQE1 exam.
We will go over how to make a valid contract, the terms of a contract, misrepresentation and mistake and breach of contract and the consequences of breach.
We will be referring throughout the Session to how you might be assessed on these areas in the context of the SQE2 exam, such as how to deal with them when drafting a particulars of claim, advising a client when writing to them or doing advocacy.
This is a Session on all the contract law FLK principles that you need to know for the SQE2 exam.
As usual, you can ask a question whenever you like – this Session is for your revision before the SQE2 exam.
